This 4-hour workshop, sponsored by the Community Diversity Group, is for every business owner, manager, and employee who wants to provide consistent, excellent service to each and every customer.

Our businesses depend on our employees to provide high quality service to our customers. Sometimes our employees are not skilled in providing consistently high levels of service to customers from diverse backgrounds. Front line staff is often the representative of our business, and often control whether the customer is treated in a manner that will bring them back, or have them leave and never return. Managers may never even know why customers are not retained.

Cost:

Only $30 per participant. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more people
